The Beginning They say that if something is meant for you, it will always find its way back. Our story began with a quiet hint of the future when Justin was working just a few feet away in my neighbor’s backyard. We didn't know it then, but the universe was already weaving our lives together.Fate soon got a little help from family. My adopted brother and his wife, knowing my heart better than I did, secretly built a bridge between us through a dating profile they had carefully crafted. When they finally handed me access to the account, Justin was there waiting. We spent a beautiful year together starting in October 2022, but life eventually called us to grow in separate directions.The Journey Back We spent eighteen months focusing on our individual paths, but the connection we shared never truly faded. In February 2025, a simple message brought us back into each other's lives, proving that the time apart was just the preparation we needed for a lifetime together. We realized then what we know for certain now: we were always the destination.The Proposal On December 14th, 2025, Justin turned a beautiful Sunday into the most important day of our lives. Under the guise of a birthday lunch for my Goddaughter, we headed to Sunset Beach in Huntington Beach for a quick walk before tacos.As we stepped onto the sand, the world seemed to slow down. The sun was dipping below the horizon, and the notes of "Beautiful Crazy" by Luke Combs began to drift through the air. There stood Justin, waiting for me at the end of an aisle lined with delicate baby’s breath. Behind him, a sign asked the question of: "Will You Marry Me?"Calling me "Baby Doll," he spoke the most beautiful words I’ve ever heard—telling me he always knew I was the one and promising to love me even beyond the end of our lives. Through tears of joy, I said yes to my best friend and the man who never gave up on us.

Nicole and I met when we were just twelve years old, and in the years since, she has become so much more than a friend, she is the sister of my soul. When I was very sick, Nicole never wavered; she stayed right by my side, providing a level of loyalty and love that I will never forget. She is my soul sister who doesn’t just celebrate the highs but carries you through the lows.

She has survived every up and down of life with me, always offering wonderful advice and helping me live with a sense of freedom. She reminds me to be exactly who I am and to embrace every moment. I am so honored to have her in my wedding because she has been a witness to my entire journey and a pillar of my strength. Having her stand with me as I marry Justin feels like the perfect completion of a story we started writing together as young girls. My big day simply wouldn't be the same without my sister there to share it.

Michelle and I met in the hallways of Highland High School back in 2016. What started as coworkers quickly turned into a deep, essential friendship that made the school years fun and life even better. I am so incredibly grateful to have her in my life because she is my "solid and sure." She has shared in all of life’s ups and downs, but more importantly, she has supported me through my toughest adult decisions. Michelle has been the one to help me navigate life with her clear, grounded perspective.

I deeply admire her love and her determination; she is so incredibly strong in all aspects of life, and that strength has been a constant inspiration to me. I am so honored to have her in my wedding because she represents the strength and loyalty I cherish most. Having her by my side as I marry Justin gives me so much peace, knowing that my best friend who has helped me stay true to myself is there to witness my "happily ever after."

I met Amy through Amanda years ago, and I am so incredibly grateful that our paths crossed. Amy is the friend who reminds me that life is meant to be lived out loud! Our story goes way back to when she was just seven years old, back when I was teaching her how to sit tall in a saddle and ride her first horse. Misty is the definition of "one-of-a-kind." She’s eccentric, fiercely outgoing, and never afraid to speak her mind—qualities I admired so much that I was honored to stand as her Maid of Honor. Now, I couldn’t imagine hitting the trail toward my own "I Do" without her by my side. Get ready, because if there’s a laugh to be had or a story to be told, Misty will be right in the middle of it!

Jill and I met in my early 30s, and from that moment on, she has been a constant source of positivity in my life. I am so grateful for her kind, wonderful heart and her unique ability to teach me how to laugh, even in the midst of life’s trials and tribulations. She has a beautiful way of refocusing my heart on the good, no matter what is happening around us.

I am honored to have her in my wedding because she represents the peace and joy that come with a true friendship. Having Jill stand with me as I marry Justin reminds me to cherish the happy moments and to keep a smile on my face through all of life’s journeys. Since meeting through Ashley in 2012, they’ve swung hammers together in the construction trade and navigated the toughest stretches of the trail side-by-side.

Nick is the kind of friend who doesn’t just show up for the celebration—he’s the one who stands tall when the weather gets rough. Whether they were clearing a level in a video game or helping each other through life’s real-world challenges, Nick has been the steady, reliable presence Justin could always count on.

Chris and Justin’s story started with loud amps and late nights back in high school. As bandmates, they found their rhythm early on, and while they may have "partied the paint off the barn" in those younger years, Chris proved to be much more than just a fellow musician.

With a sharp sense of humor that can lighten any trail and a loyalty that means he always shows up exactly when he’s needed, Chris is the definition of a "ride-along" friend. Whether they were center stage or just navigating life, he’s been a steady beat in Justin’s life for years.

Logann is my beautiful Goddaughter, and she holds a very special place in my heart. She isn’t just our Flower Girl; she was actually the "secret agent" who helped make our engagement happen! On that day at Sunset Beach, she was the perfect decoy, keeping me distracted just long enough for Justin to get down on one knee.

I am so incredibly proud of the girl she is becoming. Having her lead the way down the aisle as we start our life as a family means the world to me. She brings so much joy and light to our lives, and I couldn't imagine saying "I do" without my favorite little lady by my side. Watch out for her—she’s been practicing her petal-tossing and is sure to steal the show!

Logann— The Star of the Show

Wyatt is my wonderful Godson and, along with his sister Logann, was a crucial part of the "Master Plan" at Sunset Beach. While Logann was the perfect decoy, Wyatt was right there helping pull off the surprise of a lifetime! I am so grateful to have his adventurous spirit and sweet heart as part of our wedding day.

As our official Ring Bearer, Wyatt has the most important job of the day—making sure the rings get to the altar safe and sound. I am so proud to have him standing up there with us; he has been a part of our journey from the beginning, and having him lead the way for Justin and me is a memory I will cherish forever. He might be young with lots of energy, but he has a big role in our family, and we couldn’t do this without him!
